I'm a person that hates the thought of exercise or going to the gym, but as I have my wedding and honeymoon coming up I thought I best push myself into it. I'm so glad I did. Jack has an amazing little gym with lots of equipment. I love lifting heavy weights but have always struggled in public gyms to go into the weight area as it can be quite intimidating. Because I have privacy to lift what I want without the worry of others, I have made more progress in one year with Jack than I did 3 years at my previous gym. He is well priced and a genuinely lovely guy who knows his stuff! Would highly recommend to all.

THE COACH

MEET THE COACH

I used to be the stereotypical "lanky" guy back in my teens, tall with little to no body fat. Eventually, I became fed up of seeing this slim bloke staring back at me in the mirror so it was time for a change that. That's what started my drive for fitness, strength and muscle gain.

Over the years, along with my own personal body achievements and gaining my professional qualification in Level 2 Fitness instructing gym-based exercise, I have trained and encouraged my clients to achieve not only their initial target but to maintain and reach further goals after this.

Reaching your dream body isn't easy, hard work and determination is a must to reach those goals but do not fret, I am a strong believer in fun and I promise you, your come out of Absolute Reps studio with a smile on your face and feeling proud of your workout!

I might even throw in some cheesy bad puns and dad jokes!

The Studio

THE STUDIO

Absolute Reps studio is situated within the small village of South Moreton, fully equip with cardio and weight lifting equipment to help achieve your goals.

My clients have exclusive use of my gym during their training sessions. This means my client will have no-one in the gym with them other than myself. I believe this is the best way for my clients to gain confidence and focus on their session.
